Private commission for WEDDING STATIONARY

For this private commission of wedding stationary I decided to try out something new and experiment with a modern take on lace, featuring flora and embroidered details. The design and script was hand drawn and then finally printed onto a beautiful thick Gesso card. I still have the table names, place cards, seating plan, favours and thank-you cards to go and then another wedding to start... watch this space!

Surfacephilia at MARY PORTAS

Whilst exhibiting at London Design Festival I thought I'd take the opportunity to pop into the Oxford Street, MARY store and see how my china mugs were doing! Have to say the staff in there are wonderful and kept me talking for a good 45 minutes!

Yesterday I spent some time photographing sketchbook pages for a blog I'm being featured on soon. They'll be starting with my research through to drawings, development and final designs...

THANK YOU!

Just about recovered from Tent London last week, and want to say a massive thank you to friends and everyone who paid me a visit with a smiley face and offering of coffee! Tent this year felt like one big party with clients and fellow exhibitors alike! It was great to meet so many people I have got to know through Twitter and Instagram, as well as receiving lots of new stockist enquiries. Fingers crossed some of the ideas discussed at Tent will come off at some point too! Exciting times ahead ♥

Apologies for the poor quality of photographs!
I left my big camera charger at home along with my brain and sanity.
